The Fuel Genie Systems "ECO" is an easy-to-install HHO system for anyone who is handy under the hood of a car. Most installations take just over an hour.
Connect the red wire to the positive terminal of your vehicle battery. Then connect the black wire to the negative terminal.
Cut the hose coming from your PCV valve to your engine and insert the enclosed "T" fitting.
Fill with water solution and begin driving. It's that simple!
Some vehicles will require an Electronic Fuel Injection Enhancement (EFIE) device to regulate O2 sensor outputs to the ECU. Ask your Distributor or Installer if you need one of these devices.
As studies have shown, adding HHO to an engine burning hydrocarbon fuel reduces hydrocarbon, carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide and nitric oxide emissions. "5 gas" analyzer results on our test vehicles confirms these studies. Once a Fuel Genie System is installed in your vehicle you will no longer notice any gasoline smells from your warm engine exhaust. This is true for all gasoline powered engines. You can reduce the carbon foot print of your car or truck with our system to almost zero. This small step helps us all.
Adding hydrogen to your engine through the intake tubing (behind the filter) is inefficient. The air flow there is never constant at any speed and at idle there is almost no air flowing through the tubing into the engine. This causes the concentrations of hydrogen to change by widely varying amounts at different speeds. Injecting hydrogen directly into the intake manifold through the PCV port where engine vacuum is constant at idle and lower at higher speeds allows a more constant concentration of hydrogen to be metered to the engine. Better performance with less hydrogen. SAN acrylic is not affected by KOH or NaOH. Safe for all electrolytes.
PE (polyethelyne) reservoir tanks will collapse under a vacuum meaning hydrogen may only be injected into the engine through the intake tubing. Rigid SAN reservoirs will not collapse under engine vacuum thus allowing the injection of hydrogen efficiently into the engine through the PCV port.
